At times an individual will need more than just the services of a Carer. Many older people fondly remember the days of the District Nurse making her house visits to check on the progress of patients – sadly, a service that is long gone in the UK. However, thanks to Care 4 You In Spain the General Nurse making home visits is back and working on the Costa Blanca and Costa Calida. The Care 4 You Nurses may be called upon for the administration of injections and medication prescribed by the Doctor or Hospital, dress wounds or change bandages. All Nurses currently employed are UK qualified as either State Enrolled (SEN) or State Registered (SRN) Nurses. Each one has many years of practical service behind them.
